If Evenbid is not right for your team, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will give your money back. This applies to first purchases and to each renewal.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or email us at johnsonmaurice887@gmail.com and we will take care of it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank usually posts them within five to ten business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Billing inside the app. Cancelling stops future charges; your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Exporting your data stays available while your account is open — your data is yours.
